Due to the nature of our products, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.



Belleeamourr will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of the invoice for certain items. All products must be able to be restocked to be sold again and in their original packaging.
All customers must provide us with the item’s picture they want to return to confirm the sellable condition of the products. Only after that customer service will be able to approve the return.

We will not accept returns for used and opened item unless it is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on products for any reason.

• We do not refund shipping charges.
• 20% restocking fee will be applied for all authorized returns.
• Refund or credit will be issued within 21 days of your return being received.
• We cannot accept any returns without the return approval email
• If the item/s was/were sent wrong to you and we provided you with a prepaid label, exchange or refund can be processed only after the package will be delivered to our facility.


We carry hundreds of wigs, bundles and hairpieces and we typically process and ship all wigs and bundles order the next business day – however, some wigs, bundles, hairpieces must be ordered from the manufacturers and this processing time may be 7-10 business days. If the customer cancels the order during this period, an order cancellation charge of 15% will be applied.
Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect “Belleeamourr” absorbs the full cost of the items in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 15% cancellation fee.

In case the product customer ordered is discontinued by the manufacturer the customer will get the full refund.


Any refused package is subject to a 50% Restocking Fee. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 30% of your order subtotal minus an applied discount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you provide an incorrect address to ship and we need to reroute your package, UPS rerouting fee is $15.00.
